Do these fit my fountain?

These filter pads (7.6 × 4.3 × 1 cm) are made for the WoofWell Pure Fountain (2.2 L). If you have a different fountain, send us a photo and we will tell you if they fit.

How often should I change the filter?

Every 3 to 4 weeks, or every 2 to 3 weeks in multi-pet homes. If the water looks cloudy or the flow slows, swap it sooner.

How do I fit a new filter?

Unplug the fountain, lift out the old filter, rinse the new one under running water and slot it in. Top up the water and plug back in.

How long does delivery take?
